internal RAM usage in 89v664

how to configure internal RAM(XDATA) of 89v664.
Please tell me anybody..

    I want to use full internal RAM (0x000-0x06ff) of p89v664 for my application.I know for this we have to use XDATA memory type(AUXR=0x03 also).I did this concept already with 89v51. It was ok.now am using p89v664 for my application .but it is not resopnding.
    Is there any specific settings in keil compiler?how to declare in 'C' code.

    Please suggest me anybody
