MCB 2140 Not responding

LPC 2148

Hi
I am working with MCB2140.My board Now after loading a program is not responding with JTAG and Flash Magic.
I have tried all options discussed later in the forum .
I have checked jumper and every thing. Please tell me any other method to erase the flash.

    But have you made sure that you have hold the interrupt pin when releasing the reset line, so that you force it to stay in the monitor?

    And have you verified that your PC runs with a low enough baudrate?

    Note that you may still get into troubles if you have tried the highest levels of code protection.
