Hi,
When changing one of my project C-sourcefiles and compiling only this file and then linking the project makes the microcontroller not behave as expected.
If I recompile all sourcefiles and then relink the project files then the microcontroller behaves according the sourcefile.
Where do I go wrong?

details, details, details... tell us what is happening! from our point of view, "not behaving according to your expectations" could mean it makes coffee...
Have you checked your expectations - maybe they were wrong?
