OT: Atmel C51RB2 Osc

I have hand built a protoboard using the Atmel 89C51RB2.

I used a 32 Mhz crystal and 33pf caps.

When I scope the crystal pins I get a 95 nSec signal.

This is about 10 Mhz.

Is there some sort of crystal configuration register in there ??
