Presently i downloaded datasheet from the keil's website. but it's very old then what i found on the ramtron's website.
Please update this link.

Please inform Keil support, since it isn't guaranteed that they will see your post on this end-user formum.
Contact information can be found from the Support menu choice at the top of this page.
Or even, surprisingly enough, on the 'Contact' link at the bottom of the page!
There is also a 'Feedback' link on each page in the Device Database; eg, for the Ramtron VRS51L3074: http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/4134.htm
(it's immediately above "Evaluation Software" in the left-hand sidebar).
It is not realistic to expect Keil or anyone else to watch 4711 sites to see if an update has happened.
For that reason it is my opinion that accessing datasheets anywhere but at the manufacturers website is sheer folly.
I, often, see someone posting a link to the datasheet for the device they use which lead to a 'datasheet collector' website which I would never dream of accessing, since most of those are disguised mailing list collectors or tracker installers.
The Keil device database is an excellent tool, I often use it, but I would never expect all links to be current.

I wouldn't go as far as to call it sheer folly, but I would thouroughly agree that your primary source of reference should always be the actual manufacturer.
Only if the information cannot be obtained from the manufacturer (eg, obsolete/discontinued parts) should you consider 3rd party sites.
If a manufacturer will not provide the necessary documentation for a current part, that should be a very powerful reason not to use that part!
