error for memory voilation access at debugging

respected sir, im compiling a mp3 project code on lpc 2129 and after compiling and linking im getting error in debugging "error voilation"im specifying the RAM ADDRESS FROM (0X4000000 TO 0X9000).PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON THIS.

I guess you mean that the start address of your RAM is 0x4000000 until 0x4009000 ?
