LPC2368 - How can I reach a self-powered System ?

Hi!

I'm using an LPC268 µC to detect analog signals. After coversion to the digital value I'll send the data via USB to PC. With the MCB2300 it works fine.
Now I've built a System which should do this on my own Board. To program the µC via JTAG on my own-Board works fine.

But now I recognized that I've got V+ on my USB-Pin on the board AND also on my PC. I'm sure this isn't a good Idea.

In other words, I've got 5V on my PC an 5V on my own Board. Now I have to rebuild my system as a self-powered-system.

Well planned, I know. But what can I do to solve this Problem and make the Controller believe that he is self-powered?

greetings from germany

Btw: The Controller is self-powered, that's for sure. Because I've built also a 5V supply-board. *ggg*
