UART0 interrupt only once.

Hi , I need help, here is the problem. I am using STR91X-SK/KEIL EVAL board. I can run the example code called measure from keil website. however, I can't run the UART0 in interrupt mode by use the example code from ST library. The UART0 interrupt only respond first time. this real confused me. I really appreciate any suggestion from your guys.
