Hi all, as a newbie to embedded system I'm looking for an ARM9 based development board, which should have: 32bit ARM9 CPU Ethernet (10M as minimum), USB (Host and device) 2 or 3 serial ports LEDs and buttons WinCE5.0 support better would it be if it has been assembled with a TFT LCD (3.5" or bigger") and come with ready-made tool chain and source code.
I searched in the Keil product area but did not find the right one, Could someone here please give me some valuable recommendation~
Thanks in advance
The STR912 based board (MCBSTR9) would meet several of your requirements, but not all. Without a Memory Management Unit (MMU), you won't be able to support any version of Windows that I know of (including CE).
Phytec makes some ARM9 boards in the form of core modules. Take a look at this one:
phyCORE®-ARM9/LPC3250

Thanks Rechard, nice board. But don't I have to build another board for this phytec board to implement the interfaces? Are there any nice ready-to-run boards that can be used directly? Thanks again
