    "7-Segment multiplexing based on inersial vison of human eye"

    I think you mean "inertial" - and the more common term is "Persistence of Vision"

    The same applies to any sort of display multiplexing - not just 7-segment.

    Also note that the symbol for hertz is "Hz" - uppercase 'H', lowercase 'z'.
