I want to drive 12 unit 8x8 Bicolor LED DotMatrix. What is the algorithm for this ? I just want color change. Red to Green or Green to Red. Not same time displaying. Maybe with blue.

It is a bit uncommon to have a LED matrix where all LEDs are always on, and the individual "pixels" just changes between red and green.
But the most interesting thing is how to optionally get the two-color displays to support (red,green,red+blue,green+blue). It is four combinations, but not the usual combinations for a two-color LED, and a 3-color led would have 8 combinations...
