I've buit up a nice little USB widget using the Philips LPC2148 and the dual virtual com port over USB example. This works very well and I have no trouble with it on my PC...unfortunately my colleagues' Host device that will connect to my widget is running uCLinux and it appears to be incompatible as the VCOM example code is a proprietary design and did not come with any associated Linux support.
I wonder if anyone in this forum with a knowledge of the situation or a mastery in Linux could shed some light on this issue, or point me towards some net resource that would be useful. I had hoped I could leave my code intact as it works as I want it to, just only on a PC.
