Dear Sir/Ma'am, Please take a view to the following problem:-
*** FATAL ERROR L250: CODE SIZE LIMIT IN RESTRICTED VERSION EXCEEDED MODULE: C:\KEIL\C51\LIB\C51FPS.LIB (-----) LIMIT: 0800H BYTES
I just recieved this problem when i try to add an object file "Startup33.obj" to my project. This is not the case when i add an old version of that file "Startup.obj". Kindly suggest me about the solution if any. We have a License version and some of the programs are running succesfully as we are going with "Startup.obj" in place of "Startup33.obj". Thanks & Regards Abhay singh Chouhan.
"We have a License version"
Do you?
The message indicates that you have a Restricted version.
If you really do have a licensed version, then something has gone wrong with the licensing so that it just behaves as a Restricted version.
Did you follow the installation instructions carefully, including all the details about licensing?
If you really do have a licensed version, you should contact Keil support direct.
If Startup33.obj was created using a restricted version of Keil, then you will get this error even when using that object file in a fully licensed version. If this is the case, recompiling Startup33.obj using the licensed tools should clear up the problem.
