unlink2 behaviour when DataAbort exception occurs!!

I am using Ulink2 for LPC2294.
For some reason in my application i am getting DATA ABORT exception.when it occurs, full RAM area including internal and external get reseted to '0' so I am not able to trace out the reason for data abort.can anyone please tell me who is reseting memory and why??
