Facing a problem while compiling the code for ADuC703x

Hi,
Good Day.

Currently I am working on ADuC703x from Analog devices family. This processor is built with ARM7TDMI core.
I have taken one example code from analog devices and trying to build that code on my machine. I am facing a problem in the build process. The following message is appearing

Build target 'ADuC7020'
assembling Startup.s...
--- Error: failed to execute 'C:\Keil\ARM\BIN\AA'

Can any one help me to come out from this problem.
Note: I am using an evaluation version of uVision3.
