Hi,
There is a lot of stuff on the internet but sometimes it is dificult to get.
Im' making a list of all uC projects.
if you want your's on the list let me know.
What - all projects on all microcontrollers?!
That'll be a job for life - good luck!
Is that an exercise at spending time ?
MMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im already have 7 on my list now.
I have to split in to projects for language; ie C, C++, Ada etc and think you search my list easyer.
I you have ideas give them to me.
Im already have 7 on my list now. great, so you now have caught 0.00001%
Erik
Why do you have to?
Will that be a useful classification for people searching for projects?
You could improve that by an order of magnitude just by visiting http://www.keil.com/download/ "example programs (currently 271 available)"
Also go to http://www.keil.com/dd/ then visit the website of each manufacturer named, and check for example projects
Have you looked at: http://codesearch.google.com sourceforge.net/index.php www.programmersheaven.com/ http://www.embedded.com/
etc, etc, etc...
Unless the goal is actually to link to hobbyist hardware projects.
which would certainly be nothing like a list of all microcontroller projects - as he said initially!
And what defines something specifically as a "hobbyist" project...?
What people say and what they mean can often differ quite a lot.
I like to think of DIY and hobbyist as not identical but at least in the same ball park. Your example of a 8051 to drive a little TV monitor is something that a lot of people can duplicate, and a lot more can understand and take an interest in.
Not too many commercial-grade projects are documented on the web. It either takes a lot of time, or the developers hopes to be able to make a bit of money from the project. And some ends up in scientific publications, well hidden among too much theory to interest most readers, or suffering from publication restrictions.
Anyway, until the OP posts again, we will not know if the intention is to link everything that is in some way related to microcontrollers, or if there is some master plan about what type of information to document and link.
