Is it a known issue with uVision that it crashes whenever you try to debug Measure example by selecting Debug->Start/Stop Debug Session and then selecting Peripherals->A/D Converter? I checked on two different eval installations on W2Kpro and Win2003 Server. uVision build is 3.53
