URGENT.....What is the best mcu

plz tell me what is the best mcu?

    No single off-the-shelf product is ever going to precisely fit every requirement of any job!

    The most you can hope for is to find the one that best fits the requirements of the particular job...

    And, of course, there will be tradeoffs; eg, the one to hand wins on availability, but might fail on all other requirements...

  • I still think the one in the hand is better than the ten in the woods. It's very hard to interface with the ones on the loose in the woods ;)

    well, that depends on which "woods".
    if "the woods" is the disributors shelf, I see no reason to use "the one in hand", but, of course if "the woods" is some Atmel vaporware, you are right.

    often that is right and then, of course, your added word applies.
    To some others:
    stating that some uC is "the best", with no knowledge, whatsoever, of what the application is, is pure, unadulterated BULLSHIT. If any single processor was "the best" for ANY job, there would not be thousamds of chips available.
