Need help in setting up a PWM output

I am a newbie and in need of some help in understanding how to set up PWM output for LPC2368.

In detail, I am trying to generate a 1Mhz output clock signal using PWM1_5 of the NXP LPC2368 as an output. My design uses an external 12Mhz Xtal.

In reading the User Manual, I am thoroughly confused over what Register settings are required and could really use some help in setting me straight.
