I have an older MCB2140 can I upgrade/download a newer version of the uVision3?
What differences can I expect?
Is there any FP support?

Yes, you can you download the latest Eval Version from www.keil.com/.../arm.htm.
This version will still work with your older MCB2140.
Even the Eval version of MDK-ARM contains FP support.
