I have designed board based on mcb2300 using lpc2368 as a ethernet tranciver I have used dp83848. I have check all the connections ,there is no difference with the board mcb2300 board.But dp83848 does not give any clock signal out of pin25.By this reason also the cpu cannot stop when I init tcpnet. I am using Keil TCP Stack. When I measure the signals on the mcb2300 board and my own board.I see that the signal level of TX-en pin are difference.

Hi,Cetin,have you drived the mcb2300 board wiht TcpNet stack successfully? and what's your MDK version and RTL version? I just use chip DM9161A instead of DP83848 and changed the ehternet driver, the easyweb project in the keil.com which not use TcpNet stack can communicate with PC successfully, but the http_demo project in the keil.com can not work. Is there something different in the two projects? Can you help me? I use MDK 3.05 and RTL 3.05,3ks a lot.
