stand alone ULink programmer needed

Here is another link which I just tried. The problem is that uVision opens as a pop-up during the flashing.

I sent an e-mail to Keil with a response of
"currently there is no way to avoid the pop-up of uVision during the
programming process. However there will be a utility in the future that
avoids that. (Q3/2007).
