ULINK2 is not recognized on Windows 2000 and MDK ARM 3.0.5

Dear, sir,

I bought MCBSTR750 Evaluation Board via DigiKey.
This kit includes ULINK2 adapter, but this doesn't work.

I tested this ULINK2 adapter on Windows2000(SP4) and WindowsXP(SP2), of course MDK ARM 3.0.5 is installed on both OS.

When ULINK2 connects to PC, no response on DeviceManager.
Normally, after usb device is connected, there are some response on DeviceManager. But my ULINK2 never affects DeviceManager window.

Is it possibility my ULINK2 is out of order?
