Add LIC Problem for Keil8.08a on Vista

i found this error message "*** ERROR R206: NO REGISTRY ACCESS, ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS REQUIRED"
but there is no problems on windows XP.

can anyone suggest me a problem solution?? pls

ps. sorry for my bad English -_-"

    Yes, my user account type is adminstrator (for this computer) that why i wondering??

    if there is no solution. i will start using the newest operating system (Vista) with old complier (keil 7.50) T_T

    because 7.50 work fine on vista (business edition)
