I've recently upgraded from an ST10F269 (40Mhz) to an ST10F272 (64 Mhz). Everything seems to work fine, except for the ASC0 communication. On the ST10F269, writing characters to ASC0 is simply a matter of setting bit P3.10, and writing a character with the HVAR(char, 0xFEB0) command. However, this doesn't seem to work on the ST10F272. Does anyone know of any quirks or differences in using ASC0 with the ST10F272 versus the ST10F269. Thanks for any help.
I don't know the specific MCU's you mention, or the HVAR() command, but did you update the baudrate generator values for the new processor frequency?
