Question of RealView Real-Time Library

Hi All,
I confuse about Keil products:RealView® Real-Time Library and RealView®Microcontroller Development Kit.
Can I only use RealView® Real-Time Library to develope my prjects without RealView®Microcontroller Development Kit? actually I do not know if RealView® Real-Time Library includes IDE,compiler, debugger, simulator and other functions which RealView®Microcontroller Development Kit has.

The Real-Time Library only works together with the RealView Microcontroller Development Kit. So you need to purchase both components.
