USB LPC2148 speed

I would like to know about usb maximum speed for lpc2148(data sheet say 12 Mbps full speed). for USB HID I know speed is limited by 512 kbyte/s. if I would like to use full speed transfer.
How will I do?
How can I get example code for this purpose?

How about speed for mass storage?
