Scatter-loading of execution region ER_RW will cause ... corruption

I'm not sure what this means... too much code? Too many constants? I am in need of guidance :)

Using the MCB2103.

Error: L6788E: Scatter-loading of execution region ER_RW will cause the contents of execution region ER_RW to be corrupted at run-time.

Any help would be appreciated!!
