Pentium D: Startup file problem

I found a problem by using KEIL x51 uVision3 v8.06 Evaluation,
I am using a PC with Pentium D 915 and intel 946GZ motherboard with Windows XP SP2.
When i create File>New>uVision Project and selecting Target 89C52 Then "OK" then "YES" i got an error message "Could not copy Startup file to the project folder".
My other PC with Pentium 4 3GHz with Windows XP SP2 runs fine with uVision3 v8.06 and doesn't give that error message.
Now How can i get rid of that error in Pentium D PC?
Please Reply soon.

  • I woulde not worry about that, mine is in c:\tools\keil\8\

That's not nearly strange enough to qualify as a "strange based folder" like what Reinhard referred to.

You try installing it to something with half a dozen blanks spread over an 80+ chararacter path name, add one or two '+' signs, and some non-ASCII letters for good measure --- then you might have a "strange based folder" :-)
