FlashMon51 with AT89C51RD2

I am using FlashMon on my AT89C51RD2. Although I installed the Monitor on my AT89C51RD2 as documented, it still reports

CONNECTION TO TARGET SYSTEM LOST

when I try to load my program.

This really seems to be a baudrate issue or a problem of the UART interface.
