U CAN XC164CM Start Kit Autostart?

Hi,
this fine stick from HITEX does not start without USB connection (needs enumeration)to a PC. Is there a way to run the microcontroller XC164CM only at 5V connection?
Probably is the FTDI 2232L Chip the problem (clamp the microcontroller?). MProg for FTDI has no effekt.
Probably is also the TRST-Pin ...
