uvision: error L6047U

Hello,

last week I got my uvision 3 with ulink2.

Now I get this error message "this version of the linker will not create images that large L6047U". I installed the LIC key and when I open the licence management I can read DK-ARM Developers Kit under the Product point.

I'm working with the RealView Compiler - maybe that would be the problem and I can only use the GNU Compiler with this version of uvision?
