BRP and Quanta

Hello,

I'm working with the CAN controllers on a MCB2100 and I'm changing the bit rates around.

I can calculate the desired BRP and Quanta (1+Tseg1+Tseg2), but I was wondering what is better / more used (standard)??
A higher quanta or higher BRP?

Example:
Pclk = 15 mhz
Bite Rate: 20 kbit/s
I can set the BRP 50 and the Quanta 15 or
BRP 30 and Quanta 25

And is there a difference in bit loss or transmit/receive errors?
