Simulation Speed?

I am running application on u-vision2's simulator.
I want to check out module wise time-complexity.

Clock freq. for my device is 60 MHz [lpc 2138],
I have adjested PLL Multiplier =2 , and PLL div=2

Now, Should I aspect that what timing values i am
getting for the code is derived from 60 MHz freq.

If not, what should i do to get execution time values
for some XYZ code block? Can you pls. advice ?
