sirs, i am using philips 89c51RD2 for CAN communication with Rtx51full.In the reception node i have written the code with can_bin_obj and can_wait. in the transmiting node i have used can_send function. my transmission is working perfectly. i am able to debug in the keil ide also. my queries are 1)how can_wait can be used for reception-pls give me the code. i have written it but i am unable to receive it? i am unable to debug it both in the keil ide and the hardware also. 2)for the CAN transceiver, is it enough if we short the canL's and canH's of both the node's transceiver through normal wires? or CAN bus is necessary?

sir, i have terminated already with 120 ohm resistor. it did not work. what shaould i terminate with? plz help
