Can we use MON51 with one internal FLASH? (80C51F020)

Doesn't the 80C51F020 have JTAG and on-chip debug?

If so, why would you want MON51?

Yes, there is a JTAG, but the electronics is in a closed case and only UART0 (subD 9p) is accessible and I have to be comptatible with the existing electronics.

I have a VPC SL-51 cpu card with 80c51f020 as mcu.i
dont have jtag .i only have seria port, Plz tell me how to use the monitor program to dump hex file into my target
