MCB-STR9, trouble with RTX-Blinky

I have the Evaluation Kit with MCB-STR9 Board, uVision3, ULINK2. Download of "Blinky" demo program works properly. Even if I make some changings in demo-program.
If I try to download "RTX-Blinky" I get error message :
Load "C:\\Keil\\ARM\\RV30....\\Obj\\Blinky.AXF"
No Algorithm found for: 40000000H - 40001A67H
Erase skipped.
Any ideas what is wrong?
