Can't program my XC164CM via Memtool on own Hardware

Hi,

I work on a XC164CM 16F40F architecture circuit and can't program it at all. I developped my own hardware after several shots on the Infineon Easy Kit.

Using Memtool, I CAN 'connect' to the device.

But once I select the data to use for programming, I click the 'program' button and nothing happens during a few seconds, then the 'operation' status bar shows : ''failed''.

Does anyone know what it could be ???
