GPRS MODEM IN MCB2300

I need to connect a GPRS MODEM, SIEMENS TC39, in the serial port of a Keil MCB2360 Evaluation Board and to make a connection GPRS using the RTL-ARM.

I want to know as to make use of PPP Interface and use of Socket TCP Client.

Somebody would have an example to send me?
