Do you have the Datasheets for both parts?
Have you visited the Websites for both manufacturers, and searched there for examples, application notes, etc?
Have you looked at the Keil examples? See: http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/3329.htm and, in particular, http://www.keil.com/download/docs/253.asp
yes i have the bove datasheet and i have visited the Websites for both manufacturers, but i want an example with ADS1210 because i want see the bits configuration thank's for your help

So why did you say ADS1256, then?!

I don't think you have because:
1. It wasn't deliberately a trick question, but I now realise that they are both from the same manufacturer!
2. Typing "ADS1210" into the 'Part Number Search' box on the manufacturer's home page takes you direct to their "Product Folder" for that part, and there is an application note there specifically titled, "Interfacing the ADS1210 with an 8xC51 Microcontroller" - so what more could you want?!
sorry it's not ADS1210 but ADS1256. yes i will check the application "Interfacing the ADS1210 with an 8xC51 Microcontroller" - it can give me more information about ADS1256.
