Hi all, I am working on LPC2214 using KEIL compiler. I am able to enter the ISP mode from user mode by manipulating the P0.14 pin and able to program the chip. But how can I reset the board, without touching it.Actually i needed this information for remote programming of my controller. Is it really possible?
If I can do this using IAP programming ,Then i want to run my own ISPcode in RAM. How can i execute the code in RAM?
Please help me in solving the problem. Thanking you, Yours sincerely, Sunil.
P0.14 ? Each port has how mny bits ?
why do you want to try such magical things, reset without touching the board! switch off power supply and switch on again,
i think there is an option, break open the lock, dinosaurs WILL be good at it, may not be possible , but its plausible,
"How can i execute the code in RAM?" run your own ISP code, should work,
My controller unit is at remote place,so if i have to change the firmware, i can get the hexfile via GSM modem connected to it.So I have to overwrite the older file with the one received. Thats why i asked for restting the controller.
Ok, is it jus the hex file? No way to get the program..?
