No.
Have some intend to port uvision to Linux (using GTK+ or Qt)?
And a multiplataform release (based on Java, Python, etc.)?
Eclipse perhaps.
There is a different product from ARM that is available for Linux. It is the RealView Development Suite (RVDS).
