AT89C5130 debugging

I would like to use the AT89C5130 USB Controller in a new design but is not sure wheter it is possible to do real time debugging with breakpoints on this device.

Which compiler and hardware debugging tool can I use with this device?

  • Erik Muland why don't you get your own project to work on instead of scanning all the 51 Core related forums on the NET for a place where you can post a STUPID or IRRELEVANT reply.

I've never seen any reply or post that you have made that is a useful contribution.

By replying to this post/thread with no useful information you reduced my chance of getting some information by at least 30%

I want to ask you, PLEASE, if you ever see a post on any forum made by me (MC Potgieter OR fusion) please don't post any replies because you twist my nerves.

  • you write "I would like to", not "I must" and I reply but if you use a SILabs device instead, you can.

If you PLEASE will be kind enough to tell me what is "STUPID or IRRELEVANT" about that

  • It doesn't matter what I say, you will keep on trying to proof yourself.

I write "would" because I'm considering the device for my design but need more info. But I can't remember asking for "what" type of device can I use.

And I'm sure you know that I use Silabs devices because I've had a few of your useless replies on their forum.

But let's not make a dispute here on the Keil forum.

  • because I've had a few of your useless replies on their forum.
translation: I have had a few repliues that did not confirm what I wanted on their forum. When I am not told what I want to hear I stamp my little feet into the floor.

How would I know, a search there on your name yield no results ergo, you must use a stupid monniker (or whatever it is 'officially' called) there.
I do not know why so many want to HIDE their identity behind a stupid monniker, what is wrong with using the real name. Ah, I just realize that it is not 'cool', and, of course, appearing 'cool' is a lot more important than appearing professional.

Thanks Jon, for enforc=ing the real name rule.
