configure rdi driver

Hello I have at91sam7s-ek board and segger Sam-ice usb connector.
I installed the latest version of J-Link ARM from the Segger.
Also I configured Keil 3 V3.20
under Project --> Options for target --> Debug == the RDI Interface driver (JLinkRDI.dll)

but under the tab settings the button "Configure RDI Driver" is disable???????

Why? maybe because i have only a trail version of keil µVision ??
