GUI and debugging

I have found some issues, please forward answer if any one knew about this.

I have a starter development kit version of STR91x

GUI : Does uVision3 display member details if we enter a structure while editing. ex if enter UART0 or SCU it should display members.

Project file extension is Uv2, is this carried over from uVision 2?

Debug:
Watch window: is displaying ???? for UART0 in watch window.
Memory Window: no action on entering any variable in this window.
does these features not supported in starter version.
