We try to input Hebrew charactor in Keil C 2.20a, while it displayed as "????". Can Keil C support multi language input? How? Looking forward for your help.

I think you'll find that's an issue with the uVision GUI as a Windows Application - the C51 compiler istself has no support for "wide" characters, as others have mentioned.
