compile a Testprogramm for ARM

Hi, I'm trying to compile an example Programm (Blinky)for an AT91SAM7S64 Contoller. I've changed the Development- Toolsetting to "Use Keil CARM Compiler" and "use settings from TOOLS.INI". Witch path do I have to choose for the Toolbasefolder, or where can I find the Toolbasefolder in Keil/ARM/....
If I compile the Programm this errormessage occurs:
Error: cant't execute C:/Keil/ARM...
