Atmel ARM7 with Keil Compiler / Libraries

Hello all,

I am considering purchasing the Keil ARM7 compiler and RTOS with the libraries for flash file system, USB, and TCP/IP stack. I plan to use the compiler and libraries for a project using the Atmel ARM7 devices.

Is anyone using this compiler and libraries with the Atmel ARM7 hardware? If so, I would like to get some opinions on how difficult it was to implement, and whether it is worth the hefty price tag.
