Tantino can be used instead of Ulink?

Hello

I would like to know if it's possible to use Hitex Tantino to download program from uV3 to Hitex Str7Eval Board...Actually we have just ordered Ulink but I would be great to use Tantino instead of Ulink while waiting to receive Ulink
