Running RTX51 sample on P89C51RD2BN

we are facing the problem in running the RTX51 any program on P89C51RD2BN as target. We have changed the CPU TYPE to 5 in .inc file b'coz it's by Philips. We have downloaded the sample .hex file. Before calling os_start_system() function, we made P1=0xAA; the function is called but in the function if I put P1=0xFF, it is showing correctly in the dScope keil debugger but on the actual target it is still giving 0XAA..?

Please help us in this regard.
